Return Policy

Alchemy Airsoft will honor returns on any item(s) within 30 days of purchase through info@alchemyairsoft.com given that it has not been damaged, altered, or used. The item must be returned in new, sellable condition with all tags and stickers present. Items that have been altered, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returned items. Alchemy Airsoft is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit to us. In order to receive a refund you MUST have an RMA #. Please email info@alchemyairsoft.com immediately to receive RMA# and Return Address.

Final clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a shipping error has occurred.

We’ll do everything possible to take care of your return quickly.

Please allow us 15 business days to process your return and initiate a refund to your credit card. Note that refunds may not appear on your statement for one billing cycle. Items that are returned with all required documentation will be processed as priority.

Please note that from time to time, items will change price. For inquiries regarding price adjustments, please contact us. Price adjustments will be made at our discretion.

Return Process

Step 1: Ensure your item is in new/unused condition, has not been altered or damaged in any way, and has all tags and stickers present.
Step 2: Include the Order Confirmation Number that was received upon your original purchase of the item along with your full name, shipping address, email, and phone number.
Step 3: Email info@alchemyairsoft.com for RMA# and Return Address
Step 4: Include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package you are returning to us.
Step 5: Once item is received by our warehouse we will review the contents and issue a refund in 15 Business Days
